Sam's Flight to Babyhood - Part Nine
Sam is finally carried off the plane. If she thought that would be the end of her bad time she was soon shown that there was a layer to the events that she hadn't been aware of. As Jess sits down with Sam in her lap she reveals what has led up to this point and hints at what might be coming in the future. Otherside of the Crib, part 4
A loud chime started trilling, bringing Alice out of Dreamland. She pushed herself up to look for her phone. It wasn't the source. The chime was still going. Then she remembered she has a roommate. Looking over, Lillian wasn't visible in the mound of animals. But her tablet screen was illuminated and shaking. Alice got up and went over to it. A video call from 'Daddy' was on the screen. Alice swiped, " Uh good morning...Derek?" "Oh you're not Baby, hi, Alice right? Still haven't gotten an email, thank you so much, seeing you yesterday really put me, and the missus, not that she would tell you that, at ease. haha!" Derek said, clearly more of a morning person than anyone in this dorm. "Mommy got a bit caught in a phone call. So I'm calling Baby, give her time to go to the RA, guess that isn't needed anymore, but help her get her day started. Oh and put some spares in her bag. I know you have classes, but if it works out make sure she has breakfast. Is Baby up?" Alice looked over, the mound was disturbed. Rubbing sleep from her eyes, Lillian was slowly coming to. Pillow wrinkle across her face, pacifier still where Alice saw it last night. "Lillian, Daddy called, are you getting up?" Alice asked, sitting on the edge of the bed. Lillian scooted up to look at the tablet. "Goo moo moo Daddy." She lisped, becoming aware of the waking world. "Good morning baby. Did you have sweet dreams?" Lillian nodded. "Good, let's see...uh you have a history class and math today. Are you ready for those?" "Da fwee bwanshes eckshist wif a check an bawance an an um..." Lillian lisped. Alice couldn't help, even as early as it was, to admire Lillian. Here it was maybe 7 am, bed head and not aware, answering questions. She was so cute. "Wawiables can stand fo any numbah an, an, an...bof side of an equaw gotta bawance." "Hey, Sir, I'll help her out, thank you for calling." "Yeah, you do that, have a good day, Daddy and Mommy love you Baby!" Derek said before ending the call. Lillian reached out, beckoning Alice closer. She scootched over. Lillian hugged onto her. "I no wanna go..." "Yes you do, you wouldn't have jumped through all the hoops to be here. You're just waking up. This is why I didn't take any classes before 9. And if you don't go, well I guess that means you need to go back to Mommy and Daddy." That seemed to have lit a fire under Lillian, she bolted up and spilled out of the stuffy pile, digging into her closet. Honestly it was funny seeing her drop seat bottom wiggle. She leaned out holding what looked like superman pajamas, an expression asking what Alice thought. Alice gave a small laugh and shook her head, "PJs in place of PJs seems like a lateral move. Do you have just plain jeans and a t-shirt?" "Dey make checkin mai diapee too hawd. Got skewts an wong socks. Dey is in dwesser." Lillian said and dropped the pajamas on the floor to go to the sticker coated dresser. Bending low to dig in them. "Do you...need a change?" Lillian looked up, looked down, seemed to mull the question over before just coming over to Alice. Yep, of course the baby didn't know. Alice unbuttoned the drop seat and gave the cute bottom a squeeze. She was definitely soaked. "Wetsy Betsy needs a change. Go get your stuff out and I'll pick out an outfit. Maybe I'll put something together the night before so we aren't tripping up so much." "Mommy did dat for me...dat wou be nice." Lillian lisped. She got the genie out and the open diaper case, setting it on her desk to dig one out. Alice opened the dresser. It shouldn't have surprised her at this point, but it had t-shirts of all the girly colors, with intellectual property from brands associated with toddlers 4 and under. Purple paw patrol shirt, matching purple skirt, she had socks of many colors, all matching seemed overdoing it, maybe a yellow would be fine? "Do you have shoes?" "Vewcwo, or sandaws?" Lillian asked, spreading out her changing mat. "Velcro I guess. We don't want to dirty your slippers." Alice said, turning to see Lillian with her arms out. Right. Alice unzipped the sleeper, helping Lillian out of it. It was still exciting to see a diaper girl in the flesh. The sodden padding hanging low. Lillian laid down, "Knees up." Alice started wiping her hairless mound down, rolling up the wet diaper to replace. Rubbing in the lotion and powder. Taping Lillian nice and snug. She sat up with her arms up, t-shirt coming down. Alice helped secure the skirt in place, rolling the socks on. Lillian got out her white Velcro sneakers with light up base. After strapping the shoes on, Lillian hugged Alice tightly. "Fank chu." Her head held deep in the crook of Alice's neck. "Your Daddy mentioned breakfast...do I need to go to the cafeteria?" Lillian shook her head, "Jeshica wiw be dewe, it jus a baba. But chu be dewe fo wunch?" She asked looking up. "Out at 11:30, that can work." Lillian looked really excited, she grabbed her pacifier, and kissed Alice's cheek. Quickly she popped it back in and ran out the door. Leaving Alice alone. Lillian's diapers were out on the desk. A rolled up wet one was on the bed. The changing mat was still laid out. That was a problem for Lillian, if she needed to be changed out and around the campus, well chances were she'd go to the campus nurse, unless all her highschool friends were fine just changing her wherever in the open. Alice put the wet one in the diaper genie and put it back in the closet. Going over to the desk, she was a bit more conflicted. She always wanted to be in a diaper, these were diapers that would fit her, probably, whatever size "Surity" meant. There were two hours to kill. She felt guilty, but what better time would there be? Finally alone now, she pulled a diaper from the plastic bag in the cardboard box. It had letter blocks across the landing strip. She sat on her grey bed and spread out the white bundle with it's blue core. Alice took her time to examine it. It was large, running her hand over it a few times to spread out the wings, she was leaned in close and gave a few sniffs. It wasn't particularly distinctive, then again given it's purpose, not having a scent was probably good. Alice felt the quilted core, swapping hands, feeling the fluff in her off hand, and feeling wetness in her other. It wasn't her diaper, it didn't belong to her, thinking of Lillian, the blonde curls, those blue eyes, the dimples bordering either side of her pacifier. How was anyone allowed to be that cute? Alice imagined herself in that babydoll dress from yesterday, no way to hide the oversized diaper, everyone fawning over her to constantly check. Even without the diaper on, she came. Not yet done, she moved to be over the diaper, pajama pants and panties still on, she held the front up and felt it up and down. Still fingerblasting her g spot, even without the diaper on, it was just good to feel a real diaper. She caught her breath and let the diaper go. As much as this was pushing the right buttons, all the right buttons, a part of her felt guilty. Was this any different to stealing a thong to shlick shlick in? An argument could be made how a thong would be laundered and rewarn, while this was disposable, so it's not like she was forcing Lillian to walk around in it later. Conflicted, Alice wiped her hand off, and did her best to refold the diaper, not that it went back to the same size or anything. There were 3 unopened cases, that's 108 diapers plus the remainder of the open box, she stashed this one in her dresser, covering it with shirts, and put the alluring case back in Lillian's closet. She picked up the dropped supergirl pajamas, a printed onesie with a Velcro capelet. It was too cute. She browsed what was in Lillian's closet. Onesie with skirt, denim skirtall, dresses that had no reason to be as frilly, or as short, as they were, Alice wondered where Lillian's bibs were because her dropped jaw had to be drooling. And below the hanging clothes, was the diaper genie. Alice knelt down to get a closer look. There were no smells, so that was great, but she couldn't help but wonder, how full was it? Mind you, Alice wasn't one of those weirdos that went dumpster diving behind senior assisted living facilities, it was just curiosity of what this spiffy diaper pail was doing and confirm that this wasn't some prank thrown together the day before a closeted ABDL moved in with the thought she might start playing. Opening the side door, clearly the plastic bag material was scented, but stale pee still stood out. Coiled in the can were large encapsulations of these adult sized diapers, linked to the next in a chain. It was the world's worst sausage link. But it had over a dozen links in it. She shut the pail, and then the closet. Sitting back on her bed, Alice picked her phone up. How much did those diapers cost? She attempted to look up "Mother's Comfort", "Mother's Comfort + diaper", but only found books by or for moms, images of baby shower diaper cakes, news articles with headlines like "What motherhood really did to my body", threatening a horror story. Unsatisfied but with an hour still left to kill before having to go to class, she browsed her usual sites for adult baby diaper lover content. Bad photoshops of ABDL models stuck in strollers and playpens with Amazon mother's, stories of being shrunk or regressed by a virus or a witch. People screeching some art is just big circles, this flavor of the month artist is attacking the sacred traditions of shitting yourself and must be abhorred. Why are the spaces adult babies meet up so vitriolic and childish? Alice got dressed, readying for a day of orientation and catch up, hopefully there wasn't going to be any "fun fact" ice breakers. Though maybe saying my roommate is a baby would count? Regardless, she wanted to put a good foot forward, business casual, colorful top, just to present a put-together image despite the turbulence of the last few weeks. Power pumps for the win. Off to class she went. Later, Alice found a table at the cafeteria to spread out at, laptop, notebook, books, staying ahead of the workload as it came, since she'll apparently need to budget time for Lillian. Speaking of, a loud stomping preceded a whimper, Alice was caught off guard as Lillian hugged into her, crying. Following a few paces behind, was a black, kinda svelte, guy with tight fade, looking very much "over" what was going on. Alice had swiveled around to properly hug Lillian, who did not hesitate to sit on her lap, face dug into the crook of her neck. Alice, not knowing whatever was happening, just started patting Lillian's back. "Hey. Jamal, apparently the 'meanie face'." He said, introducing himself. "Alice, roommate. I don't think I'm going to hear her side anytime soon. What happened?" "So History and government, collaborate and present, got partnered with Baby, she's going on and on about a pop up book, I just need to knock this out, our topic is the drafting of a resolution to formal bill and that whole thing. I know she's good for the knowing, but not the doing, you know what I'm saying? I can't sign off on a crayon covered mess of glue. But she just stomped and said pop up, pop up, I had to shut that down." Jamal explained. Alice couldn't help but shake her head. This, a shot down suggestion for a style of presentation, was enough to have Lillian go full meltdown? Yes, she was apparently a baby, but how had her vocal chords survived this long? The babysitter rate was starting to make sense. Tilting Lillian's head up, Alice's shoulder was covered in snot. "Lillian, Baby, is Jamal your partner?" She sniffled and nodded. "And you have to do a project together?" Another nod. "So it's important that you both agree on what do? It's not fair if one person gets all bossy." "Yes, b-b-but I wanna p-p-pop-up." Lillian said, wiping her forearm across her face. "Well Jamal has to agree to do it too, because both of you need to do your part. Did you ask Jamal how he wanted to do the presentation?" Lillian shook her head no. "Can you ask him now?" Lillian buried her face again. Alice shifted her up to look over her shoulder, and spun in place to make Lillian look at Jamal. "What do?" "It's the process of a bill, maybe a PowerPoint with like, a map, filling out as it stops at each station? We split pit stops to talk about it?" Lillian sniffled. She whispered into Alice's ear, wiggling back down to hide her face. With a sigh, Alice spun around. "She says that sounds fun too, and she's sorry for yelling." "Like, I get it, I can't really be mad at a baby, she got my email. It's alright." Jamal accepted the apology and headed out. That was exhausting, and Alice still had this big baby in her lap. It was certainly different to the fap fictions, where were the stories of the put upon caregivers suffering from their own monkey paw wish? At least Lillian was calming down, though she was wrapping an arm around Alice's neck to suck her thumb. Alice spun around again to face her work, doing her best to ignore the padding rubbing against her own crotch, separated only by the two layers of fabric. She bit her lip as she attempted to focus up. "Once you're up to eating, we'll have lunch, just take your time to calm down." Alice said to help soothe Lillian. She returned back to outlining the assigned reading as they just sat there. It wasn't often that Alice had a cute girl in her lap, let alone in a diaper. Despite the earlier exasperation, feeling Lillian's breath and heart beat conferred a recovery energy. Just working away while being so intimate, it felt a bit like a matured relationship, both people just comfortable with the other being around, even if they were both doing a different activity. Maybe this was the feeling the Big in charge was chasing when involved with a Little? A very different kind of intimacy. But certainly built on a very rewarding amount of trust. Lillian sat up, face no longer flush, but certainly snotted up. The puddle Alice felt on her shoulder attested to that. Now firmly filling Alice's whole field of vision, she had a slight frown and didn't look to breaking the silence. "Are we ready to have lunch?" Lillian nodded. "Feeling up to walking?" Lillian nodded. Alice turned out and helped Lillian get up. "Think my stuff will be okay here?" Alice asked as she stood up. Clamping onto her arm, Lillian nodded, "Wif evewyone awound, it okay, if we jus gettin food." She lisped, even with nothing in her mouth, clearly not putting the energy into having good diction. Down an arm, Alice accepted Lillian's trusting view at face value. Looking around, she saw where the highchair had been parked near the line. With the loping gait of a three legged race, Alice headed over to it. Lillian let her go, hugging herself, allowing Alice to take off the tray, Lillian was able to get over the middle protrusion and sit in the padded bucket, Alice pulling her backpack off on her way up. The tray was clamped down,then Alice figured out how to unset the wheel break, to push Lillian though the line. Again, no eye drawn to the overgrown baby. This was all fine and acceptable, despite all logic to the contrary.
